  • This service is registered with Medicare. This means that if you have a Mental Health Care plan from your doctor you can receive a subsidy from the government for your counselling sessions. In most cases the rebate will be approximately $80.00 per session.
  • If you have extras with a private health insurance company, you can check if your insurer will provide a rebate for counselling.
  • If you are a veteran and have a gold card or a white card your counselling cost will be fully covered by the Department of Veteran Affairs.
  • Payment for each session occurs on the day via credit or debit card or Electronic Funds Transfer.
  • Visa or Master card or debit card can be utilised in person or remotely for zoom or telephone sessions.
  • Fees may change from time to time. All existing clients will be given at a minimum 1 months’ notice before any fee increase.
  • If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance no cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice before the appointment a full fee will be charged.
