You do not require a referral by your doctor to access counselling. However, you may be eligible for a referral from your doctor. Your doctor can assess you for a Mental Health Care Plan. A Mental Health Care Plan will enable you to receive a rebate of $78.80 for your counselling session. Under the current Medicare arrangements, you may receive a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Both zoom and face to face appointments are available. After making an appointment a zoom link will be sent to you and you can click on it at the time of the appointment to enter the therapy room.
